Having same problem - can't download.
Also, for just over a week now, with both Cute Alphabets and Cute Embroidery web sites,every time I click on the top left hand arrow to navigate back one page on those sites, it brings up the Amazing Embroidery Designs home page, so I have to then make my way to those sites all over again, even to log out.
Good luck with sorting out the problem.
