I am perplexed; recently bought paid membership and now when I go to download letter previously offered, am charged a dollar (and I am signed in to site). What did I pay for?? Unable to see any link on site to request information, so hoping tht readers can answer my question.

This is the first embossed alphabet that I could use, just never cared for the others. I really like the scroll designs and the letters.

Very Pretty! However, I am a bit disappointed that we did not have any recall letters on the last alpha. I missed the Q on Christmas Day because I was very busy and had no idea that Veronika would change any of the designs on Christmas. Most people take a day off for family and the Lord. I did see that there were alot of people asking for a repeat of different letters. I do appreciate all of the wonderful designs and I will get over this although i will be missing a letter in such a beautiful Christmas Font. Strange as it may sound, my cousin and I are more like sisters than cousins and her last name is Quick. That is why I wanted the Q so badly. I wish I could afford to buy a membership but that is not possible at this time. I can not even afford to buy my meds this month and I spent $10.00 at Christmas and that is all. I have a feeling that I am fixing to have to go back home with some of my family for awhile. Hugs to all!

How can we get letter O of the Poinsettia Alphabet? That is the only one that I am missing. It was up and I did download it but for some reason when it was downloaded it was a dos file and I was out of town when I downloaded it. I did not check it until I got back home. This is the only one I am missing and I really really want it. Is there anyway that I can purchase just this one letter?

This one is absolutely lovely! It is more of an embossed alphabet, in contrast to the usual satin stitch. I think it will be beautiful used to monogram towels or bath robes. I can hardly wait to use it.
