Am I the only one that is having problems with the free offered daily designs on the sister sites? I keep logging in and trying to download without the jpgs showing and letter file offered doesn't let me download it.

If you use SAVE AS check your design. It is adding htlm after your choice of format and the design is unreadable. Before you save the design change the name to what you are downloading by putting in a period and your format name.
e.g. .vip or . pes etc. That worked for me although I have a software to convert I thought I would check out the save as feature.
