Queenie, It sounds like your images may be magnified a bit. It often happens to me when I enlarge the print so I can read something small, and forget to return it to normal. Or it will happen if I set the settings in the internet to be 120% so I can see. Hope this helps you get the letters, it is so frustrating when the computer doesn't act right.

Once again I cannot download the letter Y because the panel to the left showing the letters is covering up the link to the PES format. This same thing happened when the Y ran the first time. So frustrating.

Every so often it happens that there is a box covering up the format that I need to click on in order to download the free letter. It has happened again today and now I am missing out on the Y. Does anyone have ant ides about how to fix this?
