This is the cutest little alphabet

I bought this font in December,along with 2 others.I can not download this font( all that I get is the heart and exclamation point)The other design and font I had no trouble. I have tried many ,many, times to contact someone at the help desk--no one answers, all I get is a ticket number, I enter that and they send another one.Does anyone know who to contact with this problem?PLEASE,PLEASE,HELP
